Mr. Bush is used to high-stakes litigation, having been on the defense team in the final Death Penalty trial in Maryland history, where the client received the lowest sentence possible from the jury.
Mr. Bush’s practice areas include medical malpractice, hospital malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury.
A Maryland native, he received his Bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He received his Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, and he received a highly-specialized Master’s degree in negotiation from the prestigious Straus Institute, which is consistently the highest ranked program in the nation.
He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ), and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
